Senior Electro-Mechanical Assemblers (2 positions)

Senior Electro-Mechanical Assemblers (Two positions available)
These individuals will be involved in the assembly of large capital equipment systems including power chassis assembly, cable routing and harnessing as well as some prototype assembly. Requires 4 – 6 years progressively complex electro-mechanical assembly experience preferably in large industrial equipment utilizing power tools, wire strippers, crimpers wrenches and screw drivers; previous experience in a prototype engineering environment and point to point wiring skills highly desirable; must be able to read and interpret rough engineering notes, drawings and schematics; some machine shop experience and sheet metal layout a huge plus; ability to lift 40 pounds. Monday through Friday, 7:00AM – 3:30 PM shift with overtime as needed. These positions are temporary to regular full time.
Senior Program Manager
(Scotts Valley)
The senior program manager will have responsibility for managing the release of new products from inception to completion by coordinating internal resources to meet customer schedules and product expectations. Responsibilities will include: Prioritize programs and coordinate program activities with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Production, Production Control/Materials to meet customer delivery/cost requirements; Plan and orchestrate program schedules and budgets; may direct the activities of lower level Program Managers; lead team meetings with functional representatives to monitor program performance and insure customer commitments are met; act as a focal point with customers regarding delivery commitments, cost requirements and problem resolution; develop and implement recovery plans for off-schedule or unanticipated obstacles such as parts shortages; conduct routine account maintenance activities with customers following product release; recommend and lead efforts to improve existing processes to improve quality and on-time delivery. Requires: BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent experience; minimum of 8 to 10 years program management and or operations experience, preferably in contract manufacturing and/or capital equipment manufacturing; in depth experience with MRP systems, BOM structures and ECO activities; excellent communication/organizational skills and experienced in leading cross-functional teams; excellent computer skills including experience with MS Project, Word, Excel and Access; requires occasional travel to customer sites.
Electrical Engineer

This individual will have complete project management responsibility for Lintelle’s engineering products. Key responsibilities will include: Quoting new designs, industrial controls design, AC/DC power distribution systems design, basic analog/digital circuitry design, schematic development and electrical component specification. Requires a ‘hands-on’ individual with a minimum of 2 – 4 years engineering experience in capital equipment manufacturing or similar industry experience. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in the following: Electro-mechanical engineering, packaging, AutoCAD, and MRP. Knowledge of industry standards (UL, CE, SEMI, NEC, etc.) highly desirable. BSEE/BSET or equivalent experience required.
Electrical Designer

This individual will prepare finished electrical schematics and fabrication drawings under general direction of an Electrical Engineer. Assemble bills of materials for electrical assemblies, prepare purchase requisitions, and provide support in the procurement of outside vendor parts and services. Create finished as-built/as-installed versions of above drawings and BOMs. Acquire or generate as necessary all technical product data sheets required to document above drawings. Compile above drawings and documents as directed by supervisor to provide complete packages. Work with other designers and engineers to find and provide information, help resolve issues, and keep the project progressing toward completion. Assist in resolving design related issues uncovered during manufacturing, dealing directly with manufacturing personnel. The ideal candidate will posses proficiency in the following: Knowledge of industry standards, two years minimum experience using AutoCAD 200 or higher, two years minimum experience preparing electrical schematics, proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Quality Assurance Manager

Quality Assurance Manager – Position located in

This individual will be responsible for the administrative and technical supervision of the Quality Assurance and Document Control Departments with overall responsibility for quality system implementation and product quality. Responsibilities will include: Develops, administers and maintains quality assurance procedures/processes to ensure Company’s products comply with industry quality standards; develops, administers and maintains document control procedures/processes to insure Company’s products comply with revisions; provides management direction in the establishment and implementation of quality standards and procedures on customer projects; develops quality control and inspection procedures, including vendor qualification, for receipt of materials, in-process and final acceptance activities; defines test standards and procedures; participates in design review meetings to insure quality standards compliance; interfaces with customer QA representatives to coordinate inspection and acceptance activities as well as QA standards compliance; acts as Company’s focal point for all product data gathering and analysis/metrics; provides general supervision to skilled non-exempt and exempt employees including employment, training, coaching and monitoring of results of assigned employees.
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; 6 - 8 years progressively responsible management experience within a QA manufacturing environment, preferably in a contract manufacturing or capital equipment manufacturing environment; strong knowledge of ISO 9000 standards and ISO systems implementation; strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Quality Control Plans and Inspection Processes; knowledge of UL, RoHS, EPA and FDA regulations.
