Senior Account Manager  

This individual will have full management responsibility for select Lintelle customer accounts including maximizing profitability and ensuring the highest level of customer service.  Responsibilities will include:  Oversee major LEI accounts with responsibility for developing and maintaining strategic alliances with customers; plan and direct account program schedules and budgets; manage accounts through entire product life cycle, interfacing with customers on technical and business matters; ensure completion of all commitments made relative to delivery, quality and required business metrics; communicate customer requirements, specifications, project schedules and budget constraints to cross-functional departments including:  Sales, Engineering and Operations; approve all RFQ’s and final quotes to customers; manage the coordination of account activities with P&L responsibility for accounts of high complexity and cost impact.  Requires a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience; 8 to 10 years of account management experience in a high technology environment, preferably capital equipment manufacturing; a minimum of 2 years contract manufacturing experience including experience with systems integration; must have previous experience managing account reps/account managers; strong leadership skills and ability to interface with all levels of the organization; must be a strong communicator who is experienced in managing customer expectations and issue resolution; must possess strong analytical and negotiating skills; must be PC literate including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint and experienced in the use of MRP systems.

Production Supervisor – Position located in Scotts Valley

This individual will provide first line direction, through lead personnel, to electro-mechanical assemblers and technicians involved in assembly, subassembly operations and engineering prototype work.  Will review production schedules, material, and personnel requirements to insure production schedules are met.  Will inform production employees of production and materials issues and work with other departments to resolve problems affecting schedules.  Responsible for supervising production staff to accomplish departmental objectives including hiring, training, work review and conducting employee performance evaluations for assigned employees.  Will maintain a variety of reports, records and production documentation.  Requires a well-rounded knowledge of electro-mechanical production activities as would normally be obtained by 5 – 7 years electro-mechanical assembly experience, including a minimum of 2 years production supervisory experience in a POUS environment.  Must possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work with individuals at all levels in a manufacturing environment.  Also requires 2 years experience utilizing an automated MRP system and fluency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.  H.S. Diploma required, AS degree preferred.

Electro-Mechanical Assemblers – Positions located in Scotts Valley

These individuals will be involved in the assembly of large capital equipment systems performing a wide variety of electro-mechanical assembly operations on top level and sub - assemblies. Responsibilities include; determining and following methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, cable harnessing, power chassis assembly and PC board assembly; will make setups and adjustments holding tolerances to equipment specifications; interprets drawings and related documentation.  Requires minimum of 1 year electro-mechanical assembly experience, preferably in large industrial equipment, utilizing power tools, wire strippers, crimpers wrenches and screw drivers; must be able to read, write and understand English; basic mathematical skills; ability to lift 50 pounds.  Monday through Friday, 7:00AM – 3:30 PM shift with overtime as needed.  These positions are temporary.
