Lintelle offers substantial employee benefits including

Medical Insurance

Lintelle provides comprehensive medical insurance plans for eligible employees and their dependents through Blue Cross of California's PPO, HMO, and HSA lasn.

  • PPO offers an extensive network of physicians/hospitals in California; $30 co-pay plan with most services covered at 70%
  • HMO offers a select group of providers; no deductible; no co-pay for many services
  • HSA is a high-deductible PPO plan that allows for pre-tax medical contributions in addition to funds contributed by Lintelle
  • Premium and deductible costs vary per plan option

Dental Insurance

Lintelle provides dental insurance for eligible employees and their dependents through Principal.

  • ‘Preventive Procedures’ including exams, cleanings, sealants 100% covered & no co-pay
  • ‘Basic Procedures’ including root canals, fillings, restorations 80% covered after annual deductible, (90%/PPO)
  • ‘Major Procedures’ including crowns, dentures, bridges, inlays 50% covered after annual deductible, (60% PPO)
  • ‘Orthodontic Procedures’ including fixed appliances, orthodontia 50% covered
  • Lintelle covers most of employee premium cost; dependent premium cost not covered
  • Annual Deductibles: $50 individual; $150 family; $0 orthodontia; waived for preventative procedures

Vision Insurance

Lintelle provides vision insurance for eligible employees through Vision Service Plan (VSP).

  • Exams every 12 months are 100% covered with no co-pay (VSP Participating Provider)
  • New lenses every 12 months are 100% covered with a $20 materials co-pay (VSP Participating Provider)
  • New frames every 24 months are 100% covered with a $20 materials co-pay (VSP Participating Provider)
  • Lintelle covers 100% of employee and dependent premium costs

Section 125 Premium Only Plan (POP)

  • Enables employees to pay for group insurance premiums with pre-tax dollars.

Group Life Insurance

Lintelle provides group life insurance through Principal.

  • Basic Life Insurance = 1 x annual salary
  • Accidental Death and Dismemberment = 1 x annual salary

401(K) Plan and Trust

This programis offered through John Hancock USA.

  • All employees over the age of 21 are eligible on the first day of the quarter following their date of hire
  • Lintelle matches 25% of employee's contributions per pay period
  • Employees may contribute up to $15,500.00 annually. (subject to change annually per IRS)
  • Vesting is 20% per year until fully vested at 5 years
  • Participant Loans available from an individual’s own account
  • Rollovers are available from other qualified plans

Pay Practices and Full-service Direct Deposit

  • Employees are paid bi-weekly, every other Friday.
  • You may apply for direct deposit and have your net-pay automatically deposited into your bank account(s) on payday.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

May be taken for any reason such as vacation, sick time or personal business.
Regular, full-time employees accrue as follows:

  • First year: 13 days per year
  • Second through fifth year: 18 days per year
  • Over five years: 23 days per year
