History — Lintelle was founded in 1989 by Bill Turner. Starting as an engineering consultant, Bill started building test systems for Novellus in 1992. For the next ten years, Lintelle expanded operations at an average rate of 25% per annum. Lintelle acquired Broken Arrow Precision in 2003 and in 2004 nearly doubled the size of its Scotts Valley facility. A major expansion of the precision metal fabrication facility is underway.
In June 2007, Creo Capital Partners acquired a controlling share of the company.
