History — Lintelle was founded in 1989 by Bill Turner. Starting as an engineering consultant, Bill started building test systems for Novellus in 1992. For the next ten years, Lintelle expanded operations at an average rate of 25% per annum. Lintelle acquired Broken Arrow Precision in 2003 and in 2004 nearly doubled the size of its Scotts Valley facility. A major expansion of the precision metal fabrication facility is underway. In June 2007, Creo Capital Partners acquired a controlling share of the company.

Products — Lintelle vertically integrates three capabilities to provide a wide range of products to the capital equipment industry.

• Engineering services include mechanical, AC/DC distribution, and industrial automation design.
  
• Lintelle's own precision metal fabrication facility enables all facets of sheet metal and tubular frame working from shearing and cutting to plating, painting, and silkscreening.
  
• System integration capabilities include managing supply chain and configuration, customer engineering specials, and large-scale material handling.

These capabilities enable Lintelle to quickly produce the highest-quality electro-mechanical and electro-pneumatic assemblies, cable and harness assemblies, test fixtures, and large-frame integrations.

Customers — Lintelle customers include an array of medical diagnostic, flat-panel display, hard disc, semiconductor, and high-voltage industrial equipment manufacturers.

Strategic Alliances — Lintelle partners with a variety of providers and resellers including Siemens, Schneider Electric, and Phoenix Contacts.

Ownership — Lintelle is a privately held business.
